In 2015, Andy made the decision to expand his construction business to also offer home inspections! We quickly got certified and started out as BRDD Home Inspections, a division of BRDD LLC. While we are still a division of our parent company, we rebranded to Blue Ridge Home Inspections about 5 years ago and never looked back. We have grown so much within 8 years and have learned even more! Now, we are completing 500+ inspections a year, have multiple inspectors, and are always continuing our education and expanding our services. What started as a couple home inspections a week has turned into a full time job for our entire team! We are so excited to see the growth in the next 8 years, so stay tuned with us!
Great question! When you call BRHI, you'll most likely speak to Mariyah, our Business & Development Manager. Mariyah handles all of the scheduling, as well as business development and management. She will schedule your inspection with Levi. Levi is one of our trained and certified inspectors here at BRHI and our team leader. He is the face you will see at every job and will talk to post inspection. And, of course, there is Andy, the president and founder. While he focuses a lot on the construction side of the company, he is always there for guidance and opinions through his many years of experience.
