Meet Andy! Andy is our President and Founder. He grew up in Homestead, FL, and resided there until 1992 when Hurricane Andrew came through and destroyed the area. This led him to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, where he currently resides with his family. He is married to his wife, Rachel, and they share a young daughter together, Kayley. He also has two adult daughters, Mariyah and Skyler. Andy’s true passion is in construction and owns and operates Blue Ridge Design and Development, and that’s where he spends most of his time. He has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. When Andy’s not at work, he likes to fish and spend time with his family. Andy’s best advice for home buyers is to do your due diligence and gather all the information you can on the home through multiple inspections.

Meet Mariyah! Mariyah is our General Manager. She was born and raised in the North Georgia area and even stuck around through college. She graduated from the University of North Georgia with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. She has always had a passion for new construction, as she was born and raised in the industry. Mariyah has an extensive background in customer service and loves working with people on their home-buying journey. In her spare time, Mariyah likes to read, watch movies, and spend time with her family, boyfriend, and fur babies, Freddie and Nala. Her favorite part of working with BRHI is the company environment and getting to welcome new people to her hometown. Her best advice to a new home buyer is to take your time learning about the property before finalizing a purchase, and get as many inspections as possible to ensure you’re making the best investment!

Meet Jessica! Jessica is the newest member to our team and came on as our Office Manager. Jessica is a long-time local to Blue Ridge and has a very extensive background in customer service. She probably looks a little familiar to you due to her experience in restaurants. Jessica and Levi are married and share their son, Barrett, together. In her free time, Jessica loves being a mom and helping out her family. Her favorite part of BRHI is being able to connect with buyer's moving into the area, agents, and having some flexibility to spend time with her growing little one! Her best advice for a new homebuyer is to NEVER skip a home inspection, as it is the best way for you to determine the extent of your investment.

Meet Levi! Levi is one of our highly trained inspectors. He was born and raised in Blue Ridge, GA, where he still resides with his family. He and his wife, Jessica, have one son together, Barrett. Levi has a customer service background and has enjoyed working with clients to help them make informed decisions before purchasing a home. In his free time, Levi likes to play with his son, play video games, and go metal detecting. His favorite part of working with BRHI is that if he needs something, he can call anyone in the company and know that it will be taken care of. Levi’s best advice for home buyers is to not forgo a home inspection when buying a home, as it is better to know of any issues upfront rather than find out down the road that the home needs costly repairs.

Meet Robert! Robert (AKA Bobby) is a local to the area and has an extensive background in customer service. Bobby and his fiancé, Krystal, share a son together, Theo, and a couple of cats, too! In his free time, Bobby likes to play golf, watch football, and spend time with his family. His favorite part of working with BRHI is the professionalism of the team, and that he gets to work in his hometown! His best advice to a new home buyer is to enjoy the process, even if it can be stressful!
